Title: Service Technician

Job Summary:
The Service Technician is responsible for ensuring proper measuring has been completed on the customer’s home, ensuring materials used are correctly sized and have meet the specifications needed. This position also assists and conducts repairs on existing Champion products.
Essential Functions:
Drive to customer’s home and correctly measure and record measurements
Repair Windows, Siding and Patio Rooms
Order and track repair and installation services
Provide daily service sheets to employees within the office
Assist with management reporting and communication, as requested
Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with federal, state, and local laws, and ensures all required safety training is completed
Interact with and assist homeowners to service their home-improvement needs
Other duties as assigned
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Experience with home improvements
Ability to safely assist in home improvements and repair
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to correctly use tape measure and record measurements
Clean driving record and a valid drivers license
