Hi Veterans and Spouses,
Thank you for your interest in our Business Advocate Program at The Center for Building Professions. Business Advocates are independent account managers servicing members of the Building Crews Network. These members are commercial contractors in construction, the skilled trades (plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling, etc.) and facility service providers (janitors, lawn care, snow removal, etc.). These contractors all serve business clients, like stores, warehouses, medical facilities, schools, etc.
About Business Advocates
Business Advocates contact and enroll contractors for monthly or yearly memberships. Advocates earn a recurring 30% commission on every completed membership enrollment and renewal. So, when a member signs up for a monthly membership, the Advocate earns 30% commission for that transaction. And when the same member renews the following month, the Advocate earns another 30% commission for that renewal, and for every renewal that follows, as long as they are an Active Business Advocate. Every time your member makes a membership payment to Building Crews it qualifies you to receive your 30% commission payment.
About Building Crews
We are a husband and wife team. Our concept for Building Crews began after my husband worked for many years in construction management with one of the world’s largest property management companies and after more than a decade of us being self-employed facility service providers. My husband is a Veteran and we both come from very humble beginnings. We attended college as adults to earn the skills to make us better contractors and yet we found that, despite acquiring above average credentials through hard work, dedication and sacrifice - the service providers that were being selected for most commercial projects were those that were easiest for decision makers to find - those with the biggest advertising budgets.
So, in 2015 we decided that we were going to develop Building Crews to level the playing field and give all commercial contractors an equal opportunity to network with the property, facility and construction managers who make the hiring decisions for commercial projects. Without investors or any outside help, and in our spare time - while still working as self-employed contractors, we built Building Crews from absolutely nothing into a network that’s going to help qualified contractors connect with commercial decision makers for a price that literally every single contractor can easily afford.
About The Center for Building Professions
We know first-hand how difficult it is to get ahead on your own these days. So, we decided that the best way to enroll contractors into the Building Crews Network is to offer opportunities for people in our own community to work from home independently. We charge absolutely nothing to be in this program because we believe that everyone should have the same opportunity regardless of your current financial situation. We provide you with all of the training and support you need to help educate and enroll your members. We are committed to your success because we all really do succeed together.
We are launching Building Crews and the Business Advocate Program within the next 2-3 weeks. We are already enrolling Business Advocates. We hope you will be as excited as we are about this opportunity and if you are, please go to our website and sign up. You will be guided through the enrollment process and we’re always here to help you if you need assistance.
Thank you for your consideration and we look forward to working with you!
