DAILY DUTIES
The Project Manager will be responsible for the full life-cycle of multiple projects concurrently. This entails managing the project once it is awarded, material procurement, field management and consulting, and logistics for each project. Works in conjunction with the superintendents.
Other responsibilities include:
Answering incoming calls
Contract and change order negotiations
Delivering materials to the jobsite
Cultivating relationships with customers
Other duties as needed
SKILLS
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Valid Drivers License
Preferred:

Take-off software: I Sq Ft
Bilingual
OTHER
Travel: 40% as projects dictate (local and interstate)
Training: Must be willing to work on the jobsite and learn the company from the bottom up. This includes climbing ladders, caulking, insulating, and any other responsibilities that would be required of the workers on the site.
As this is a small company with a flat management structure, this person must be a team player and willing to do ANY job no matter how menial. Everyone pitches in to make Division 7 Construction a success, no matter what their title is.
