The position is responsible for the performance of assigned tasks to completion, and keeps the Project Manager (PjM) and GRA customers abreast of all issues, concerns, problems and accomplishments.
The successful candidate will initially be trained on GRA’s software suite of Logistics tools, specifically Figo, an Event Based Maintenance Management System. After training, the candidate will be responsible for performing the implementation, training, technical support, and data analysis for current and future FIGO customers. Although not the candidate’s primary duty, it may be required for the candidate to perform demonstrations of GRA’s products. The position may require travel to various CONUS locations. Limited OCONUS travel is expected. The candidate must be able to perform duties autonomously and without constant direct supervision.
Responsibilities:
•Collect and analyze data to effectively implement FIGO, an Event Based Maintenance System. Work special high priority tasks as assigned and serve as a FIGO representative to the customer.
•Identify support requirements for equipment, supply, and maintenance.
•Utilize FIGO databases, existing tools, and technical manuals to generate Maintenance Requirements Cards (MRCs) and analysis reports.
•Routinely use software tools such as Excel and PowerPoint to develop presentations for the client and management.
•Compile and log historical maintenance actions as maintenance events are performed.
•Complete tasks within estimated timeframes and in accordance with established schedules.
•Develop, conduct, and implement training in multiple environments.
•Participate in the development and execution of system specific Support Strategies and Integrated Logistics Support Plans.
Experience/Skills/Education:
Required:
•High School Diploma/GED
•At least 3 years of experience in the areas of equipment maintenance, technical requirements identification for maintenance accountability, or directly translatable technical field.
•Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environment.
•Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
•Strong written and oral communications skills.
•Security clearance or ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
•Must be able to clearly articulate/ communicate via email, phone calls and video teleconference.
•U.S. citizenship required
Preferred:
•Associate Degree or higher degree.
•Experience with maintenance management systems.
•Prior military experience is desired (prior deployment to Iraq/Afghanistan a plus).
•Strong MS Office skills and experience in the use of relational database tools for data management and reporting.
