AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage and Control Company's Key Performance Indicators / Percentages, Quality Control Inspections, Chemical Inventory, Customer Relationship Management, Organization of Large Jobs, Schedule Work & Crews, Truck Inspections, Uniform & Appearance of Employees, Complaints, Pricing Jobs, Training, Evaluations of Employees, Communication, Hire and Fire Employees, Employee of the Month, Equipment Purchases and Inventory, Maintain the Office, Measure-Up Quotes for Customers, Manage Fumigation Logs, Truck Condition Reports, Time-cards, Weekly Team and Safety Meetings, On Call for Weekends.
ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER- Backs-up manager in all areas listed above. $40,000-$55,000/Year (based on experience)
CREW MEMBERS- Fumigation Licensee, Hazmat Driver, Fumigator Crew (ground & roof crew)
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES- Travel to one-five customer locations per day, loading and unloading fumigation and tenting supplies, must be able to carry 75+ lbs., work on a 32' high extension ladder, repetitive motion including bending, stopping, squatting, and lifting. The job requires positioning and maneuvering tarps to align them properly over areas of the property, clipping tarps together using metal clips while position on the ground or standing on a ladder, rolling tarps, etc.
Crew- $11-13/Hour
Crew + Hazmat Driver- $13-16/Hour
Fumigation Licensee- $17-29/Hour (based on experience)
We adhere to all California and Federal Laws. Expect to be paid overtime.
