Provides custodial support by ensuring restrooms are properly stocked and disinfected, provides high and low dusting, empties all waste receptacles daily and recycles to TOW standards. Ensures kitchen areas are properly sanitized and wiped down daily, cleans doors, glass and handles/knobs; dust mops, sweeps, wet mops floors and vacuums to standards. Assures facility doors are secured at exits and entrances to building as well as offices and public areas during work and before leaving the facility. Insures all cleaning equipment is properly maintained emptied and stored. Assures janitorial closets are clean and organized; ensures chemical bottles are properly labeled and missed to insure proper usage and storage throughout all assigned facilities. Properly wears PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) in appropriate settings and has working knowledge of MSDS sheets/books for all assigned facilities. Communicates with supervisor through written or verbal reports in regard to inventory needs, cleaning schedules and broken items, and custodial task lists. Other duties as assigned
Hours of Positions: Pay Range $11.57-$13.59 DOEQ
3pm to 7pm Monday Thru Friday
9pm to 1am Monday thru Friday
Must be at least 18yrs valid Colorado driver's license in good standing; one year experience in custodial/janitorial service. Previous experience in a large public facility highly desirable.
