Position Summary
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the self-park, valet, shuttle services provided to our customers, ensuring the location’s operations are performed in a professional and responsive manner while meeting all contractual obligations. Promoting positive client relationships by providing impeccable customer service.
This position is located in Aurora, Colorado.
Shifts:
Monday – Friday 12:00am-8:30am
Monday – Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Wages:
$16.00 (DOE)
Primary Responsibilities
- Ensures that employees are on time and performing their duties as assigned
- Reports any vehicle accidents or employee injuries as directed by company policies and procedures
- Ability and willingness to perform job functions of all subordinates – valet, cashier, driver and maintenance.
- Courteously assist customers by answering any questions they may have and resolving any customer concerns promptly
- Assists in adherence to budget and revenue enhancement as it relates to staffing, scheduling and operations expenses
- Implementation and completion of other projects, programs and initiatives that may arise from assigned location
- Audits daily work of Cashiers and Drivers
- Oversight of event operations as directed by Assistant GM
- Oversees the physical condition and appearance of the facility
- Additional related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma required, some college or current college student preferred
- Preference given to candidates with a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in business administration, accounting or related field
- Previous experience as valet, shuttle driver, cashier or customer service preferred
- Self-starter and entrepreneurial by nature
- Solid employment history
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to work a varied and flexible schedule as business needs require
- Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment motor vehicle record check, background check and drug screen.
