H2 Performance Consulting has recently been awarded the contract to Project Coordinator. This position will be on client-site in New Orleans and will require an active Secret clearance at the time of application
Duties and responsibilities:
• Serves as the working level primary interface and point of contact with government client and team members on program/project and contract administration issues for the effort
• Supervises program/project operation by developing management procedures and controls, planning and directing project execution, and monitoring and reporting progress
• Oversees contract project activities and communication/coordination between contractor project leaders/project teams including front-end team organization – providing assistance in methodology and general project approach concepts, as well as final project reviews
• Manages cost, schedule, and performance of all assigned projects
• Develops project plans, goals and budgets; identifies resources required as well as develops schedules and methods for measuring results
• Develop and maintain an understanding of the client’s challenges, objectives and program trends
Job requirements:
• Five(5) years of direct Program/Project Management experience
• Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v3 certification
• Understanding of DOD acquisition requirements and process, i.e. writing statements of work, change r requests
• Technical understanding of Network Engineering is preferred
• Facilities knowledge and experience; familiarity with design and build processes is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking capabilities
• Analytical expertise and consistent attention to detail
• Ability to work well independently and in collaboration with team members
• Flexibility in adapting to evolving requirements, roles and responsibilities
• Enthusiasm, professionalism, and a customer service-oriented attitude
• Proactive approach to supporting and enhancing organizations operations, workflow, procedures and client relationships
• Clearance Level Required: A current Secret security clearance
