EOS CCA, a nation-wide accounts receivable company with global reach, is looking for highly motivated, professional individuals to join our world-wide team.
Individuals with drive, positive attitude, professional, and have a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply. Negotiation skills are required for acceptable re-payment arrangements and collectors also perform skip tracing steps to locate consumers by contacting third parties as permissible by law.
Successful Candidates should have:
2+ years work experience in a professional environment
Call Center/customer service experience/collection experience a plus
Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision & as part of a team

Collection Schedule: 40 hours/week, with 3 weekly day shifts (generally 8am to 5pm), 2 weekly evening shifts (generally 12pm to 9pm), and 2 Saturday morning shifts (generally 8am to 12pm) required each month. Hours may fluctuate slightly based on business needs.
