Functional Job Title: Account Executive – Service Management
Location: Dallas, TX
Description of Duties: The Account Executive is responsible for generating new business sales revenue from Cask IT Service Management (ITSM) professional service offerings including Process Maturity Assessments, Process Improvement, Rapid Improvement Workshops, Service Portfolio and Catalog Development, IT Governance Strategy, Tool Procurement Advisory, Implementation and IT Best Practices Training. This will be achieved researching prospect customers, using business development techniques and field based sales activities.
This position will be required to achieve sales quotas on a quarterly and annual basis by:
• Developing a sales strategy with a target prospect list, and a sales plan.
• Developing marketing plans with the marketing team to drive revenue growth.
• Being the trusted advisor to the customer by understanding their existing and future IT roadmap to drive Cask services within the marketplace.
• Doing whatever it takes to generate new leads, opportunities and pipeline including telemarketing, emails, attending industry events, and event follow ups
• Prospect qualification and the development of new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams
• Arranging and conducting initial meetings and presentations
• Ability to listen to a prospect’s pains and needs and identify a solution that is most applicable
• Sales process management and opportunity closure
• Ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and drive additional revenue streams
• Work closely with the Service Management Practice Lead and other Account Executives to successfully win new business
• Ability to help with services delivery when required

Experience Required
• At least 10+ years of direct new business sales experience focused on IT Service Management consulting
• Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets
• Commercially astute
• Ability to understand the "bigger picture" and the business drivers around IT
• Experience and knowledge of new generation ITSM tools (i.e. ServiceNow, Cherwell, Serena, Easyvista, etc.)
• Previous experience using CRM tools (i.e. SalesForce, Zoho, etc)
• Applicable Bachelor’s Degree
Certifications
ITIL Foundation Certificate preferred
