Entry level personnel are given the opportunity to train and work in a variety of functional areas in the company to expedite learning and provide a variety of options for ongoing advancement.
After initial training, you may qualify to work in one or more of the following areas:

Varied Responsibilities can include:
Customer Support:
• Solve customer problems related to the configuration and use of ESC products to meet customer requirements for monitoring and reporting stack emissions at industrial facilities throughout the U.S.
• Work independently to replicate these problems, isolate the root cause, identify potential solutions, document solutions, and work with customers to implement solutions
• Answer inbound phone calls and respond to inbound email requests for technical support and interface with customers throughout the resolution of their issues
Reporting:
•Use ESC software to generate stack emissions reports for industrial facilities throughout the U.S. and prepare these reports for submittal to state agencies and the U.S. EPA
• Monitor customer systems to ensure the quality of data and to alert the customer to potential data and emissions issues
• Interface with customers to help them meet their compliance obligations
Regulatory:
• Execute projects to evaluate customer requirements for monitoring and reporting stack emissions at industrial facilities throughout the U.S., to document processes to meet these requirements, and to configure and use ESC software systems to meet these requirements
• Evaluate changes in regulations and assist in the development and launch of product and service offerings
• Provide regulatory updates and training to ESC employees and customers
Project Engineering:
• Execute projects to configure and install ESC software systems to meet customer requirements for monitoring and reporting stack emissions at industrial facilities throughout the U.S.
• Help customers solve problems related to their configuration and use of ESC software systems
• Use ESC software to generate and troubleshoot compliance reports for submittal to state agencies and the U.S. EPA
• Perform internal quality assurance testing of new software builds in preparation for release to customers
• Provide scope and cost estimates to support sales of products and services
Ideal Candidates:
• Technical degree in relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Environmental Science, etc)
• Experience with state and federal air emissions regulations
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with ability to multi-task and prioritize work load
