Job Description
Stillwater is going to work with you to continue developing the skills you have obtained during your career in the Armed Services and provide you with new skills that will help you bridge into a successful career in corporate recruiting. Our training program takes place over a two week period (totaling approx. 40 hours) in the evenings in so you can continue to meet your normal obligations during the week. Out training program is a totally free unpaid program however once you complete the curriculum the Stillwater leadership team reaches out to their client base to place you in a new recruiting role as a paid consultant.
Responsibilities:
Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to identify and assess talent to find potential employees.
• Identify candidates through networking, cold calling, internet searches, name generation, and internet data mining using internet resources required including but not limited to: resume databases, recruiting and search techniques such as LinkedIn, user group lists, and industry-specific online professional networks
• Screen and assess candidates for competency, motivations and qualifications a job requirements then document findings in a professional template.
Required Skills
• Must have professional communication skills (verbal & written)
• 4 years of active military experience with honorable discharge
• 3-5 years of experience using internet explorer
• 3-5 years of experience using MS Office
Proficiency using MS Word is a must
• Excellent typing/keyboard skills
• Ability to follow detailed processes.
• 1-2 years experience in a customer service role
• Exceptional Attention to Detail
