Retail Sales Manager
Job Description: Membership and Retail Sales Manager is responsible for overall sales performance of business; including building repeatable client loyalty through membership, spa services and retail spa products sales. Providing leadership and training to 35+employee team. Analyze sales reports and forecast future goals for sales.
Job Requirements:

-Must have personal and professional skills to train and sales process and be a positive team leader.
- Experience in spa or retail industry preferred.
- Able to work 4 X10 hours’ shifts, including weekends.
Principle Job Duties:
-Manage and motive team members to increase overall membership, additional spa services and retail sales, to ensure consistent sales performance while maintaining high employee moral and excellent customer service.
- Analyze independently daily sales reports and forecast sales goals. Maintains 30% or above membership sales closing, and achieves monthly revenue goal.
-Maximize profits as it relates to membership, additional spa services and retail sales.
- Analyze and interpret market trends to ensure that the business can compete effectively in the local market.
- Set and communicate individual sales goals for management, sales associates and spa staff. Coaches and implements established sales process. Reviews individual sales performance, provides guidance and direction with under performing staff members through positive motivation and additional training.
- Organize promotions and special events to promote client loyalty and repeat business.
- Ensures that all promotions are accurate and merchandised to company standards. Manages inventory.
- Provides help and support with marketing to the regional coop, ensures that the business is consistently appealing and inviting to new clients.
- Provides help and advice to Clinic Administrator, and manages the clinic when the CA is absent.
