Sculpture Hospitality of Philadelphia & Southern NJ currently has an opening for a bar inventory auditor. This is a part-time position. Candidate must be punctual and willing to work early morning hours (ie. 5:00 - 11:00am) inventorying stock at bars and restaurants.
Using our proprietary technology, the Junior Auditor will weigh product (e.g., bottles, kegs), perform an accurate inventory count via scanner, enter the control data into our system, download sales data from the client's POS, analyze the results, and prepare an electronic report which will be sent to the client as a deliverable.
Candidate must be proficient in Windows and have reliable transportation. Some physical work is required: you must be able to tip a 150lb keg of beer several inches off the ground and set it on a scale. This is all about technique, we have males and females who do this for us every day. Front of the house restaurant or bar experience is preferred, but not required. The best-fit candidate will have strong math and writing skills, an engaging demeanor, and strict attention to detail.
The following is a representative list of the duties and responsibilities associated with this position:
-- Travel in personally-owned vehicle to clientele locations in order to provide service level
-- Perform regularly-scheduled audits of client assets
-- Conduct audits through the use of proprietary computer technology and equipment
-- Compare/analyze resulting inventory data and sales data
-- Produce resulting report and develop electronic report
-- Brief client on activity and results on an as-needed basis
Wage: This position offers an hourly wage of $12.50 to $15.00 depending on experience.
