Experienced Construction Project Manager
Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Summary: The Construction Project Manager (PM) is responsible to plan and supervise a wide range of commercial construction projects from start to finish. The PM will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have experience on previous projects, analytical mind and great organizational skills.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Review construction documents for project understanding and scope of work
- Provide best-in-class client centric service, delivering quality projects on time and on budget
- Prepare project budgets and project schedules
- Prepare bid packages, descope & level bids received, award subtrades and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate with and professionally communicate with clients
- Chair project meetings, keep meeting notes, follow up on tasks assigned during meetings.
- Manage contracts, PO’s, change orders.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules using Critical Path Method scheduling
- Along with construction field supervisor manage onsite construction activities,
- Manage all project communications
- Manage RFI & Submittal logs
- Manage project reporting requirements

- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Project
- Outstanding communication skills
- Self-motivated and self-organized
- Attentive and responsive: anticipate needs and take action when necessary
- Good at multi-tasking and comfortable with fast pace
- Ability to adapt
Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering is a plus
- Prior construction project management experience
- Solid understanding of construction industry, terminology, codes, documentation, and design disciplines
- Ability to read, understand and apply construction standards and plans
- Ability to manage project meeting either onsite or via conference call with clients, contractors, vendors and other stakeholders
