Assembly Technician

We are currently in search of full-time Assembly Technicians to work on our Mobile Power Station® (MPS®). This position will put all parts together on the MPS ensuring all parts fit and work together. This position will also troubleshoot to determine issues with the vehicle and work with our Engineering department to recommend solutions.
In order to accomplish the responsibilities of this position the successful candidate must follow our Honor Built Philosophy – Honor is how we approach all facets of our organization, as well as our community and customer partnerships; have pride in what we produce. You will also have excellent use of hand tools; the ability to read and understand drawings from the Engineering department; be self-directed; function well as part of a productive team and be able to meet deadlines successfully.
The requirements of this position will be to have a HS diploma or equivalent; experience using hand tools; ability to make decisions on needed parts and adjustments and have completed Six Sigma Training – Yellow belt minimum (this can be accomplished post interview, prior to start). We would prefer you have a Bachelor’s Degree; experience working with heavy equipment, especially in repair work; experience working with electric vehicles; experience working with electricity; and manufacturing experience.
