Apex is a new company looking to hire a foreman with experience in asbestos abatement, demolition, and related work. We are also looking to fill worker positions if you do not feel you're qualified to be a foreman. Work history as a foreman is preferred. Since it is a new company there will be many opportunities to grow and fill other required positions if desired. There will be many opportunities to work on prevailing wage projects.

• Drivers license and mode of reliable transportation

• OSHA 30-Hour Training
• Asbestos Supervisor Training
• MA Construction Supervisor License
• Hoisting License
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of construction practices and equipment.

As a foreman for our company, you will:

• Consult blueprints, designs, and client instructions to develop construction plans for your team.
• Manage construction sites, ensuring that workers adhere to construction plans and safety codes.
• Create and enforce employee schedules and construction timelines.
• Document all costs and ensure that expenses never exceed the construction budget.
• Update clients on construction progress through presentations and client meetings.
