ASSISTANT MANAGER POSITION

Assists General manager with the daily operations and profitability of the car wash facility. Manages people both directly and indirectly. Manages inventory and handles customer complaints. Assists in staffing and training for the car wash facility. Handles scheduling for all car wash personnel. Contributes to building of team environment. Assists the General Manager as needed.

We are looking for a team player with car wash knowledge and management experience.

Days and hours of operation:

Monday- Sunday 8am to 7pm

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handles opening and closing of business
• Ensuring the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction

• Ensure all services are performed according to our quality, safety and speed of service guidelines
• Make sure equipment is properly maintained and functioning
• Ability to supervise the team members and being a good role model
• Must be able and willing to work flexible schedule
• Handle daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Personally handle customer complaints or issues for customer satisfaction
• Ability to sell our products and services
• Continual training of associates, keeping wash optimally staffed, and associates are fully trained in all aspects of current job
• Manage inventory/ordering of product
• Constant supervision and upkeep of premises
• Anticipate customers and location needs by constantly evaluating environment and guests for cue
• Mechanical aptitude is a PLUS- must be able to work with and repair car wash equipment
• Handle other tasks assigned by the General Manager
• Various other daily activities

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Professional, positive and highly energetic attitude
• Ability to supervise team members and be a good role model
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be well organized, detailed and observant
• Present a professional appearance and demeanor
• Have ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Computer proficiency and knowledge of social media
• Must be able to stand and work outside for the majority of the shift
• must be able to work weekends
• Be energetic and self-motivated
• Bilingual in Spanish a PLUS
• and can have FUN while working

BENEFITS

Fulltime position (45 to 50 hours)

Salary position - $45,000 annual -Plus a $1,000 quarterly bonus based on performance
