What You’ll Do:

• Support the Director of National Accounts and Administrator of Contract Administration.
• Works with other department specialists to support Healthmark’s GPO and other contracted customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external teams and customers.
• Provides support for the contract negotiation process.
• Support and coordinate all aspects of proposal and contract development, submission, execution, and tracking.
• Build, update, and audit pricing levels.
• Responsible for contract maintenance and updates.
• Notify internal and external Healthmark teams when new contracts are signed, or changes occur.

About You:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Contract Management, Business, or related field.
• Worked in the field of contract management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
• Power BI, CRM skills a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organized & attentive to detail - you perform data entry with the highest level of accuracy and are motivated to keep things organized
• Ability to multi-task effectively
• Critical thinking skills
• Full time position. Able to work as needed to meet department and customer deadlines. May require overnight travel. (2-3 times per year)
