Looking to hire an Administrative Assistant for a full time position in Huntington Beach. This position does require some data entry experience as well as excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a go getter attitude not afraid to jump in and help as needed. The right fit for this position will work directly with the Accounting Manager and the Sales manager on various projects. We are looking for a hard-working, motivated person to add to our company culture and grow with our company.

Filing
Phones
Assisting with customer requests
Customer account updates
Order tracking
Following up with past due customer accounts/Collections
Special projects as needed
Required:
Highschool Diploma
Outlook Experience
Word & Excel Experience
QuickBooks Experience is a plus
Bi-lingual is a plus
