From ancillary tasks like cleaning and carrying to learning a trade, the choice is yours.  Helper will lift objects up to 60 pounds, keep things clean and organized in the work area, function as a "cut runner" by cutting tile products on either a wet saw or snap cutter (training provided if needed) and other miscellaneous tasks.  If the helper is interested to learn the trade, I will teach as we work.  As you gain skills, your market value will increase and your pay will increase.  You can be a master in 5 years.
