Consultant Assistant

General Responsibilities
- Prepare annual affirmative action programs, EEO‐1 & Vets 4212 reports, and any other special reports for clients at the direction of Consultants and Team Lead using OutSolve’s proprietary software and Microsoft Office on a Windows-based computer
- Prepare client’s data prior to importing into software, which includes detecting any inaccurate or incomplete records with speed and accuracy
- Communicate data issues to client or consultant for resolution
- Create an Affirmative Action Plan within OutSolve’s proprietary software
- Review results of all analyses for quality control
- Maintain workload and communicates the status of each task with the applicable consultant
Job Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Experience: Entry level position
Skills
- Ability to learn software and regulations pertaining to the affirmative action program
- Able to establish and maintain client relationships
- Good Critical Thinking Skills to help identify issues with client’s data
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Ability to be Independently motivated
- Strong Organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Good Time Management and Multitasking Skills
- Ability to work well with others and contributes to the overall success of the organization
