Job for Veteran in San Francisco, California:
Wellness Consultant (Community Health Educator)
-
We’re Looking For:
An energetic, positive team member who will work at our downtown San Francisco storefront, or who will drive our vans out into the community and provide our health services to clients at various gyms, companies, health fairs, and other locations throughout the greater San Francisco Bay Area area.
You:
You’re a positive team player and a people person. You enjoy connecting with others, sharing the joys in their success, and encouraging them through their struggles. You find meaning in the work of helping people improve their lives. You believe in providing excellent customer service not just because it’s part of the job, but also because it’s the right thing to do. You're humble - meaning not that you think less of yourself, but that you think of yourself less and the team more.
You are energized by being in a new environment every day, seeing new sights and meeting new people. You don’t mind getting up early to beat traffic so you can get somewhere on time. You’re not intimidated by driving a van, and you're not afraid to get your hands dirty and change the oil if that's what's needed. When you see something broken, you don’t wait for someone else to fix it.
Previous professional experience in health and wellness is a plus, though not a requirement.
