Individuals must be US citizens or green card holders. All applicants must be able to pass background checks allowing them to drive and obtain military clearance allowing for access to high security military bases and buildings.

All individuals must be willing and able to travel.

Applicants should have some basic carpentry skills and be proficient in reading tape measures and using hand tools such as circular saws, drills, routers, jig saws etc. We are willing to train applicants who can prove a desire to learn but must have some basic skills.

Overtime is not guaranteed but is often required.
