Dishwasher (FT, variable shifts)

Primary Function: Under close supervision of the Duty Manager, is responsible for the following established procedures to ensure the sanitary maintenance of dish room and entire food service areas.

Qualifications: Basic knowledge of cleaning methods and techniques, sanitizing agents and equipment. Basic knowledge of safety and sanitation rules and practices. Ability to operate dish machine and other equipment as directed. Covered by standard policies and procedures. Refer problems to duty Manager.

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for set up, operation and cleaning of dish machine.

2. Cleans and sanitizes dishware, pots and pans and equipment as directed.

3. Sweeps and mops floors, removes food items to and from main kitchen area.

4. Assists in storage of received goods; performs other duties as directed.
