National Infrastructure Technician

Pathways to Success
Prepares you for field leadership, foreman, and construction management opportunities. You’ll be part of a 3–4-person team working on fiber, wireless, or clean energy projects. Job Safety and Continuous Learning and Development in Field Leadership are emphasized through your experience. AmeriCrew trains you for skilled labor positions in civil work, heavy machinery, wiring and fiber terminations, site development, and technical installations.

Sample Salary Ranges for a National Infrastructure Technicians' Career-Progression (an average career timeframe from entry-level start date).

• Technician I/II: $18-$20 per hour (0-18months)
• Team Lead: $20-$22 (18-36 months)
• Foreman/Supervisor: $23-$28 per hour (2+ years)
• Construction Manager: $65K-$85K plus bonus (5+years) Program Manager or Operations Director: $80K-$120K plus bonus (7+ years)

How you’ll make an Impact

Learning the fundamentals of a National Infrastructure Technician will enable you to work as a team, grow into a career, and leverage your experience and military training to help lead the largest infrastructure build-out in our nation’s history. Once you are fully certified as a National Infrastructure Apprentice Technician, you will be trained and certified in Wireless, Fiber, Clean Energy, or an IoT Flex Tech. Baseline Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience working in teams, with your hands, machinery, and ability to learn new skills
• Ability to pass basic requirements and certifications.
• Ability to travel to the various job-sites across the United States
• Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass both a background check and drug test
• Strength to push, pull and lift material weighing up to fifty pounds

Starting Pay: $18-$20 an hour depending on experience
