Supply Chain Program Support
Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for the processing of Customer program Activities. This includes but is not limited to processing and creating orders, purchase orders and lab work orders in MDSi Systems. Communicating with customers and vendors will be required on an order-by-order basis.
This position interacts with all divisions of the organization and is an integral part of the customer activity workflow. This position must work hand in hand with all Supply Chain Solutions including Operations to ensure that customer needs and customer specific requirements are met for the management of their technology investments provided by MDSi.

- Order Fulfillment
- Level 1 Customer Support
- Internal Support Across all Departments
- Order Queue Management
- PO Entry/Delivery Management
- Inventory Administration
- Refurb/Repair Order Entry
- Stock Level Replenishment Processing
- DC Stock Level Replenishment Processing
- Update Customer Systems
- Internal Systems and Rules Processing
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Collaborative attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks to completion
- Troubleshooting skills
- Escalation Management
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- MS Dynamics and/or Power BI experience preferred but not required
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or 2-3 years of comparable Customer Support or Supply Chain Experience
