The IDEAL Candidate for ABT is Someone with
Patience, who is self-motivated and can follow a task from beginning to end in a timely manner. Someone who will ask for guidance and communicate well with the staff and clients.Receptionist’s main duties are greeting clients, filing, answering calls, processing mail, posting payments, copying, faxing and storing documents, inventory and ordering supplies. Additional duties are mostly related to assisting the bookkeeper with data entry for our clients: processing payroll, entering a/r (deposits) and a/p (checks written).
The IDEAL candidate has knowledge of the following programs:
Microsoft office – specifically Outlook, Word and Excel
QuickBooks
QuickBooks OnlineKnowledge of these programs and GAAP is a plus:
PitneyBowes online
Lacerate Tax
E-file Cabinet (Document Storage)
MagTaxThe IDEAL candidate has used the following office equipment:
