The position

We are currently seeking a Technical Support Engineer with a strong electronics background in the suburban, Minneapolis (Chanhassen) area to join our team.

As a support Engineer, you will be providing remote or on-site technical direction and diagnostic assistance to Field Engineers and customers in analytical instrumentation installation and resolving system failures. Travel to customer sites maybe domestic or worldwide.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in STEM field of study. Strong electronics knowledge required. Previous experience in analytical instrumentation or vacuum technology a plus. Persons with an Associates Degree or military training with directly relevant experience maybe considered. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also critical to this position. Must be able to travel up to 25% (domestic and international) with some work requiring eligibility to work in a government facility.
