Senior Graphic Designer
We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with exceptional design skills to be part of our marketing team. Melissa is a rapidly growing software company and leading provider of global address verification, identity authentication and data management solutions that businesses worldwide use to improve communications, reduce waste and drive ROI. Our headquarters is in Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif. and we have an immediate opening for a full-time, in-house senior graphic designer who will be responsible for translating business goals into marketing and advertising materials from concept to completion.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Partner with our copywriters and other creative team members in order to concept relevant creative solutions for the brand
- Oversee the design and production of an annual printed catalog
- Develop and design marketing materials, web banners, logos and other assets
- Art direct or partner with other designers in the completion of projects
- Ensure brand consistency across multiple international web sites, tradeshow presences and digital and printed collateral
- Help cultivate a quality end product as well as a fun/positive work environment
- Participate in other duties as assigned
YOUR QUALITIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design or similar
- 5+ years design/art direction experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Windows)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle deadline pressures well
- Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently
- A portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking and the ability to deliver unique and creative solutions
- Experience creating projects including the following: brand or promotional campaigns, style guides, brochures and collateral, direct mail, catalogs, brochures
