Office Team Lead/Drug Test Administrator
Job description
We are looking for an Office Team Leader/Drug Test Administrator. This person will be responsible for managing office records, answering phones and administering drug screens. Because this role is gender sensitive, requiring female observed court-ordered drug screens on occasion, we are in need of a female team member for this position. The ideal candidate will also be bilingual (Spanish). Reliable transportation is required, as well as completion of a background screen and drug screen for consideration. The hours for this position will be typically 9:00 am to 4:00 Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and are flexible as new skills are learned.
Specific experience and/or training required:
- Proficient Computer User: Able to keyboard, navigate a desktop, type, perform data entry and use required software applications to produce basic correspondence, electronic communication, presentations and maintain spreadsheets and databases. Able to operate general office equipment including company telephone system.
Specific experience and/or training preferred:
- Ability to speak Spanish fluently a plus
- Familiarity with Quickbooks Online or other bookkeeping software a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
