We are seeking general laborers to assist with construction projects, many of which are gutter installations or cleanings or installation of rainwater collection systems. General construction knowledge and experience is helpful, but not required.

The work week is 40 hours, generally Monday through Friday. Our projects are located throughout the Hill Country area, so applicant should have his or her own reliable transportation. Pay depends upon experience, but starts at $16/hour. Eligible employees enjoy paid holidays and paid time off.

Qualifications:

Willingness to work in varying conditions, both indoors and outdoors

Ability to lift heavy objects

Ability to stand, kneel, and perform other physically demanding activities for long periods of time

Comfortable with heights, including working on ladders, scaffolding, or rooftops

Maintain a positive attitude and professionalism when interacting with other employees or customers

Willingness to follow safety rules and guidelines

Ability to pass a drug test

Must arrive on time and exhibit dependability

Strong communication skills

Self-motivated with a desire to learn

Enjoys variety in location
