Job description

Xtreme Coating is a Louisville-based, family-owned company that specializes in high end coating and polish solutions for tile and grout, VCT, marble, granite, terrazzo, and concrete flooring in a commercial and industrial environment. We work with numerous businesses in the Ohio Valley market to provide restoration and repair work on hard-surface floors. Xtreme offers a wide variety of services to its clients, such as: Tile Surface Sealer, Concrete Surface Sealer, Anti-Skid, Anti-Graffiti Sealing/Protection and Decorative Concrete. We continue to experience rapid growth and are in need of the right person to manage our equipment and vehicle maintenance program along with the potential to oversee all aspects of material inventory.

If you have mechanical experience (particularly small engine repair and general vehicle maintenance), can drive a truck and pull a trailer, have a “I can fix that” attitude, and like to keep a clean organized work area then you might be the right person!

We’re looking for energetic, hard-working, dependable individuals to join a stable family business in a fast growth industry. Responsibilities include:

1. Clean, maintain and repair equipment

2. Occasionally repair equipment on the job site

3. When needed, outsource equipment repair

4. Clean, maintain and service vehicles and trailers

5. When needed, outsource vehicle and trailer service

6. Monitor equipment hours on a weekly basis

7. Monitor vehicle mileage

8. Maintain maintenance log on equipment, vehicles, and trailers

9. Keep shop organized (all materials put away /all equipment in designated areas)

10. Keep shop cleaned (auto-scrubbed weekly)

11. Trash taken out daily

12. Keep workbench clean and organized

13. Run errands, as need, to pick up or deliver materials, supplies, equipment, etc.

14. Assist General Manager and Project Coordinators as needed
