Mobile Field Technician (MFT)

IHPM has an excellent full-time opportunity for an energetic, organized, highly motivated individual. An IHPM Mobile Field Technician (MFT) must be a service-oriented Individual who thrives in a professional and positive team environment. Forty hours of pay are guaranteed regardless of how many hours you work, anything over 10 hours in 1 day is considered overtime. Work week is 4 days, Monday through Friday, some weekends may be required for travel to the job site.
Mobile Field Technician (MFT) will be responsible for maintaining company image, company equipment, on-site quality of service, and adhering to all company policies. Candidate must be willing to travel using COMPANY VEHICLES and work varying hours, shifts, and overtime. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY, WE TRAIN AND CERTIFY.
Mobile Field Technician Main Duties:
(Specific Duties include but not limited to the following)
- Providing/ Performing Audiometric Screenings (Paid training)
- Traveling to various client sites
- Occasional overnight stays
- Providing Professional and Stellar Customer Services
- Maintain and Update all Annual Certifications and Trainings
Mobile Field Technician Daily Tasks:
(Specific Duties include but not limited to the following daily tasks)
- Maintain professional Image
- Maintain “On-Time” Schedule
- Perform Daily Truck Inspection
- Operate and Drive Trucks to On-site Locations
- Perform Daily Calibrations
- Use of IHPM Software to Perform Screenings
- Provide On-site Screenings for Clients
- Provide Impeccable Customer Service
- Maintain Safety and Cleanliness around and inside Mobile Units
- Maintain Time Card
- Report/Communicate Daily with Management
- Maintain Positive Environment at all times
Requirements:
Valid Driver License with a Clean DMV Record
Ability to lift equipment up to 45 lbs.
Ability to Travel/ Drive long distances with occasional overnight stays
Bilingual: English & Spanish (preferred, but other languages are also welcome)
Available to travel with some overnight stays
Varying schedule
Able to work in the US legally and without sponsorship
Pass Drug Test
Pass Background Check
Minimum Education: High School Degree
Certifications: CAOHC, Spirometry, Safety (Paid training and Certification)
Skills:
Ability to Drive 28ft. trucks (Paid training)
Ability to Tow Trailers (Paid training)
MS Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to $18.00 per hour (guaranteed pay of 40 hours per week)
